1. [CP is employing] An IT professional with media production skills based in Abuja, urgently needed. The medium is one of interactivity, which may involve creating single-loop feedbacks, such as real-time polls, or developing community-oriented content-information that is taken from people responding to a site, so he serves as an online producer sometime.

Job Description The applicant will;

• Ensure that the information is accurate and conveys the true voice and tone of the site.

• Ensure the suggestions meet the site’s particular style or to provide an original voice for the television and Radio content.

• Develop the content or editorial plan of a Web site, working with a team of web developers.

• Skill in audio/visual news and programme packages.

• The editor’s work encompasses a broad spectrum of writing and can run the gamut from writing a short article or product description copy to creating a script. Copyediting and proofreading is also part of the editor’s job.

• Also serve as a Social Media Producer, will be responsible for engaging social media interactivity (voting, polling, text/tweet/pics to screen) integrated into our TV broadcasts and live events– seeing the process through from conception and creative development to on-site implementation.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for activities such as fan-submitted content moderation, content development, artwork, and results measurement.

Qualification

• University/HND or OND graduate

• Computer Literate

• Any IT Professional Certification Skills

• Good organizational and leadership skills

• Knowledge of the Nigerian environment

• Ability to work independently and also as a team member

• Excellent command of the English language

• Very presentable • A passion for writing

• Excellent understanding of the internet and social media
